DEAERATOR TANK FEATURES

• We stronglyrecommended to use a deaerator on the condensate tank for all systems where water remains circulated for 15 minutes or more, which is sufficient time for dissolution of oxygen and corrosive gases.
• TDG thermic deaerator consists of a deaerator dome and deaerator tank. Deaerator tanks are made of St37 carbon steel and insulated with 80 kg / m3 density, 100 mm thick rockwool and PVC coated galvanized sheet.
• The deaerator dome where corrosive gases are separated from water and given to the outside is made of stainless steel and insulated with 80 kg / m3 density, 100 mm thick rockwool and PVC coated galvanized sheet.
• TDG thermic deaerator systems are offered as a package with pressure reducing station, pump group, thermostatic valve group and other accessories.
• Various deaerator systems are manufactured according to the boiler capacities to be selected.
• Shipped with long-lasting insulation that minimizes heat losses.
• Production in accordance with EN12952 and PED2014 / 68 CE directives.
• Welding check of our boilers is carried out with non-destructive testing (NDT) within the scope and ratios specified in EN 12952-6.
• They are manufactured by using high quality, certified boiler sheet and seamless boiler tubes in accordance with standard requirements.
