The environmental regulations makesit necessary to cool down the temperature of the drains under 60 C. This temperature value is also required for most of the plastic pipelines.The drain water inside the boiler body is under high pressure, when this drain faces to atmospheric pressure its volume also increases. To keep the system components away form the damage blowdown vessels are used.
